Our survey team is led by experienced RICS qualified chartered building surveyor Dan Elliott and Julian Wilks, both based in the Chesterfield office, but operating throughout the Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire areas. A range of professional survey and valuation services are available, as listed below:

Types of Surveys Available

The property condition report is a condensed version of the Homebuyers Survey, with the same level of on site inspection.

Energy Performance Certificate

We have a team of residential and commercial energy assessors who can produce all levels of certificates at very competitive prices.

This is a limited inspection of the property. Only obvious significant defects that affect value are commented on together with any legal matters such as alterations, rights of way etc.
