Surveys
Derbyshire Surveyors is the trading name of Wilkins Vardy's survey and professional valuation department. Our survey team is led by experienced RICS qualified chartered building surveyors Dan Elliott and Julian Wilks, both based in the Chesterfield office, but operating throughout the Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire areas. A range of professional survey and valuation services are available, as listed below.
Types of Surveys Available

Energy Performance Certificate
We have a team of residential and commercial energy assessors who can produce all levels of certificates at very competitive prices.
